What is an Ala Carte Rally? |

Your $30.00 fee is for admission to all rally events and activities, your rally pin (members only)is included in this price.
T-shirts, CUSTOM patches, additional pins, & caps will be an additional cost for those that wish to order. You need to order your Rally Merchandise with your pre-registration. Merchandise will NOT be available for sale at the rally. |

Can I order merchandise at a later time after I have registered? |
| A. |
No. Merchandise can only ordered at the time of pre-registration either online or by mail. |

If I am registering for the rally on-site, can I pay with a credit card? |
| A. |
Yes. We will have the ability to accept credit cards for pre-registration and on-site at the rally registration desk. |

Is it safe to register online with my credit card? |

Yes. H.O.G. uses VeriSign to validate the security of the online registration process. You can feel safe in using your Visa or MasterCard to register for the Rally. We invite all attendees to safely register on-line. |

Does my H.O.G. Membership have to be current? |
| A. |
Yes. Your H.O.G. membership expiration date is verified upon receiving your registration and must be active during the rally dates. If your membership is expiring prior to the rally dates it must be renewed to attend. |

Once I have registered and paid my fee, can I cancel and receive a refund? |

No, sorry the pre-registration fee is non-refundable. |

If I am unable to attend the rally how can I get my rally packet? |
| A. |
If you are unable to attend the rally after you have registered you have two options to receive your rally merchandise.
1. You can have a friend pick up your packet. They will need to bring your registration confirmation card to pre-registration. A rally wrist band will not be issued.
2. Send $10.00 for each packet to:

Your packet will be sent after September 1st. October 1st is the deadline to request your packet to be mailed. Payments received after the deadline will be returned. |

Will I have to sign a release? |
| A. |
Yes. ANYONE attending the rally must sign a release due to insurance requirements. |

Does everyone need to wear a wristband? |
| A. |
Yes. A wristband is required to enter the Rally site. All members and guests must have a wristband. NOTE: the wristband must be put on the attendee's wrist in registration. we are not allowed to give someone a wristband for someone else who isn't physically at Registration. |

Do I have to register to be eligible to volunteer to work at the rally? |

Yes. Volunteers must be registered for the rally. Volunteers can be either H.O.G. members or non-H.O.G. member guests. Assignments will be on a first come first served basis. |
